Обязанности
- 01Design, develop, and apply DS solutions to inform improvements in advertiser experience and Reddit's ad platform
- 02Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve the effectiveness of our advertising platform
- 03Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into data science solutions
- 04Develop ML models & DS methods to improve anomaly detection, prediction, & pattern recognition
- 05Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
- 06Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and data science
- 07Mentor and guide junior data scientists on the team
Требования
- 01Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as: Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research
- 02For M.S. holders: 5+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science roles
- 03For Ph.D. holders: 4+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science roles
- 04Platform experience and a deep understanding of the ads ecosystem
- 05Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, causal inference and experimental design
- 06Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis using tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or Hive; knowledge of BigQuery a plus
- 07Proficiency in Python or R and experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- 08Experience with SQL and relational databases
- 09Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 10Passion for Reddit and the online advertising industry
