Обязанности
- 01Find the story in the work by embedding with Ramp Finance and turning planning meetings, closes, decisions, experiments, and customer conversations into ideas worth sharing
- 02Spend a large portion of time writing first-person posts, points of view, customer stories, and other formats
- 03Create original finance insights by working with Ramp’s Finance team, customers, and Economics Lab to identify questions data cannot answer
- 04Build a repeatable finance-storytelling system to identify ideas, capture raw material, develop drafts, and ship content
- 05Collaborate with data and economics team to identify trends in Ramp Spend Dataset for storytelling
- 06Partner with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Communications to find customers with teachable finance teams and help them share knowledge
- 07Own the distribution engine by building audience plans for each piece of content
- 08Set the bar for finance content by deciding what earns a finance leader’s attention
Требования
- 01Exceptional writer able to make complicated financial or operational ideas clear without making them bland
- 02Strong reporting instincts and an opinion about structure
- 03Understanding of finance through covering or working closely with CFOs, accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, payments, capital allocation, or businesses selling to finance teams
- 04Data literate with ability to use AI and trusted data to explore questions, find sharp metrics, and turn into stories
- 05Ability to write in someone else’s voice while preserving their point of view, rhythm, and convictions
- 06Ability to move without a perfect brief and turn rough notes into strong content
- 07AI-native but uses personal judgement, using AI to reduce busywork without offloading brain to LLM
- 08Based in New York City and willing to work closely with a team in person
