• 01Define the scope and procedures for quality engineering of the application
• 02Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, Kotest, Cypress frameworks
• 03Determine the best automation framework fit to enable developers to own testing features
• 04Design and build agent-driven test automation frameworks for web, api and mobile platforms
• 05Develop AI agents for test case generation using product specs, user flows, and historical defects
• 06Implement self-healing automation to improve test stability and reduce maintenance overhead
• 07Test APIs for resiliency, latency, and performance across many components
• 08Assist in the process and plan for extending all tests and bring them to automated build tests
• 09Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand customer's needs
• 10Create reusable components in projects to distribute as libraries and packages
• 11Triage potential problems with logging solutions
• 12Identify the best course of action for test coverage at unit, integration and e2e level
• 13Interface with service teams and execute POCs or workshops
• 14Understand and support the implementation of quality in the CI/CD pipeline
• 15Own testing metrics to track gaps and report metrics to drive improvements

Требования

• 014+ years of experience into software development engineer in test
• 02Experience building and using mobile and web automation using Appium, Cypress
• 03Experience with using api automation frameworks like Rest Assured, Kotest etc.
• 04Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, or intelligent automation
• 05Experience in Self healing automation frameworks for mobile, web and api testing
• 06Ability to communicate and plan how to enable automation with the development team
• 07Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• 08Ability to analyze complex problems in large systems
• 09Experience with ArgoCD, Github Actions, or similar CI/CD provider to integrate test suites
• 10Deep understanding on how to test APIs and microservices
• 11A history of success, and ability to triage bugs to a root cause
• 12Ability to quickly learn, change, and upgrade to new technologies
• 13Experience with JIRA and Atlassian products, how to create and manage work, and facilitate dashboards with progress
