Обязанности

01Build new integrations (tools) on the North agentic platform, and maintain the ones already in production
02Own the integration pipeline: the process for adding a new tool, from design to shipping to ongoing maintenance
03Help other engineers add integrations of their own, and raise the bar for how the team does it
04Create evals and tests to make sure integrations work as expected and alert on regressions
05Tune tool descriptions to improve performance based on feedback and evals
06Use AI actively in your work, while staying accountable for the quality and reliability of what you ship

01You have shipped production code and are comfortable building integrations against external APIs
02You have a background in evaluating agentic systems (ideal), or at minimum know what an eval is and are comfortable with prompt engineering and tool-description tuning
03You excel in fast-paced environments and can execute while priorities are a moving target
04You bring high agency: you learn quickly and drive change without waiting for perfect instructions
05You've owned things end-to-end before and care about the quality of what ships, not just that it shipped
06You enjoy helping other engineers succeed, not just shipping your own work

01This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations
