• 01Develop plans on cost savings strategies for various categories – primarily focusing on sourcing and qualification of third-party vendors, and supplier consolidation to high value vendors
• 02Partner with stakeholders to fully understand business roadmaps and create sourcing pipeline & developing supplier strategy / plan for your categories
• 03Gaining understanding of industry trends to make educated recommendations about pricing, competition, supplier optimization, and market compression
• 04Lead the negotiation of contracts with new suppliers and/or the renegotiation of existing contracts to accomplish lowest total cost of ownership, meet savings objectives, all while balancing stakeholder/business priorities
• 05Continuously measure, manage and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated SLA
• 06Driving request for information (RFI) and request for proposals (RFP) with vendors, overseeing review of the proposals with business, compliance, security and legal teams and managing the entire bid to business award to contract execution process
• 07Manage and influence internal stakeholders to make the best business decisions that optimize value, cost, and vendor performance
• 08Quickly adapt and support other categories as needed which could include professional services, HR and benefits, real estate and workplace, legal services, software, cloud, meeting and events, and travel
• 09Deliver on complex S2P improvement projects or other improvement projects

Требования

• 01A Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering and/or Operations including 7+ years' experience in a senior procurement role
• 02Experience building and executing category strategies to deliver savings
• 03Experience negotiating complex and high stakes buy side contracts
• 04Strong analytical and finance capacity developing operational metric dashboards, Financial analysis, and Spend Data
• 05Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, bench-marking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.)
• 06Proven record of measuring KPIs, developing scorecards, reports, and driving Quarterly business review (QBR) process to monitor sourcing and supplier performance
• 07Deep knowledge of key contract language and terms and strong understanding of structuring and drafting various contracts including MSAs, DPAs, maintenance agreements and Service orders
• 08Excellent communication and executive presence, extremely organized
• 09A demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
• 10Proven experience structuring and negotiating varied commercial models, including consumption/usage-based pricing, fixed-fee structures, variable tiering, and performance-incentivized models
