Обязанности
- 01Take ambiguous and technical customer feedback and help the team distill into product direction
- 02Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, product marketing and more to ensure a successful product experience gets delivered to users, and improved on over time
- 03Communicate product direction internally to sales, marketing, as well as externally to customers in sales conversations and in our community
- 04Work closely with founders and leadership to set the product strategy for Census and Fivetran, as well as the wider data ecosystem
Требования
- 01Proven history of delivering highly successful and innovative software products related to data and/or data infrastructure
- 02Demonstrated understanding of data/operations personas
- 03Experience with managing a multifaceted product roadmap, collaborating directly with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and execute on bold product vision
- 04Strong written and verbal communication to influence and drive strategy internally
- 05Passion for working with technical customers to understand their pain, improve our product, and share our vision
