Обязанности

01Deliver end-to-end IT audit and advisory engagements with executive-quality standards
02Apply independent audit judgment consistently across engagements
03Calibrate audit scope to actual risk exposure and conduct rigorous root cause analysis
04Translate findings into clear, actionable narratives for technical and non-technical audiences
05Apply hands-on expertise with cloud and data platforms (AWS, GCP, Datadog, Okta) to assess controls
06Develop a high-performing audit team through coaching and structured development plans
07Integrate AI risk and governance considerations into the audit approach
08Adopt AI-enabled tools and data analytics to improve audit efficiency and impact
09Fully implement and administer the Workiva platform for the audit operating model
10Build and maintain productive relationships with business leaders and cross-functional partners

0112-15 years of progressive professional experience
02At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IT risk-based audits at a high-growth, global company
03Demonstrated experience building a risk-based Internal Audit function from the ground up
04Working knowledge of IIA Standards and ability to apply them in practice
05Track record of delivering risk-based audits in a fast-paced, agile technology environment
06Exceptional written communication skills
07Ability to produce executive-quality audit reports with minimal revision
08Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach with ability to influence across all levels
09Ability to translate deep technical expertise into actionable insights for diverse audiences
