Обязанности

01Design and build high-performance, customer-facing features end-to-end using React and Node.js/TypeScript, delivering from concept through production deployment
02Architect and optimize backend APIs both public and internal for throughput, latency, and reliability at enterprise scale
03Implement and manage caching strategies to minimize response times and reduce database pressure across our dashboards and API surfaces
04Profile, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the full stack from React rendering and state management to database query optimization and network I/O
05Model and optimize data access patterns across PostgreSQL and MongoDB, choosing the right datastore and indexing strategy for each workload
06Drive technical improvements to our codebase and architecture, ensuring our systems are highly reliable, maintainable, and scalable
07Collaborate with engineers inside and outside the team to design and deliver powerful new APIs and features for our enterprise customers
08Mentor and coach other engineers on sound engineering practices, performance discipline, and testing
09Work closely with your team, the Product Manager, and the Product Designer to define the look, feel, and functionality of new features and review customer feedback
10Participate in the team's on-call rotation to ensure we offer our customers the best availability for our services

015+ years of experience working on large-scale systems or services
02Strong expertise using Node.js (TypeScript) to build backend services and create and maintain public or internal APIs
03Production experience building fullstack applications with React component architecture, state management, rendering performance, and modern tooling
04Deep experience with PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, indexing strategies, and migrations
05Production experience with MongoDB document modeling, aggregation pipelines, and scaling patterns
06Hands-on experience designing and tuning caching layers (Redis) cache invalidation strategies, write-through/write-behind patterns, and TTL management
07Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve performance problems using profiling tools, APM instrumentation, load testing, and capacity planning
08Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and cloud environments; AWS and/or Azure experience is preferred
09Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated interest in mentoring and helping teammates grow
