Обязанности

01Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiting coordinators across multiple offices, setting standards for candidate experience, interview logistics, and operational excellence
02Own internal recruiting programs including interviewer enablement, onboarding for new interviewers, and coordination training
03Own Tier 1 operational backlog, including things like creating and closing job requisitions, ATS data upkeep, interview plan maintenance, etc
04Design and implement process improvements within tier one operations that reduce friction for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
05Partner with Recruiting Operations on ATS architecture, workflow optimization, and data integrity to support hiring at scale
06Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards that track coordination team performance, candidate experience, and process efficiency
07Serve as an escalation point for scheduling and coordination issues, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate and interviewer experience

015–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations or coordination, with progressive team management responsibility
02Demonstrated success building and managing a coordination team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
03Deep expertise in ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and workflow automation tools
04Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements and inform stakeholder decisions
05Excellent cross-functional communication skills and the ability to influence without authority across recruiting, People Operations, and hiring manager stakeholders
