Обязанности
- 01Engage internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Risk, and Stripe Buyers and Business leaders) to prepare and drive contracts efficiently through the various stages of the third-party engagements process
- 02Partner with internal teams such as Finance, Legal, Security, and Sourcing to improve the collaboration between contracting and other functions, reducing risk for Stripe and improving visibility into our processes
- 03Utilize templates and fallback positions
- 04Manage pre-assigned engagements within our Contract Lifecycle Management system (Agiloft)
- 05Be responsible for end-to-end contract lifecycle management
- 06Partner with respective business contacts to solve user inquiries related to contracting and, if needed, troubleshoot as well
- 07Analyze our processes and instigate changes to help scale our operations and improve user experience
- 08Analyze internal data to drive operational performance and pull reporting from Agiloft to drive improvements
- 09Work closely with other Stripe teams to assist with internal and external ad hoc requests
- 10Be a part of building a brand-new team and operational culture for Stripe
Требования
- 014–5 years of relevant experience in formulating and reviewing end-to-end contract lifecycle management with a degree in Law or a relevant field
- 02Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent Stripe effectively by interfacing with and influencing experienced business leaders
- 03Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze problems, and make complex investigatory decisions
- 04Ability to earn trust quickly and drive value for a critical function involving multiple stakeholders with the ability to stand behind opinions with sound reasoning
- 05An operationally focused mindset, with a laser focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
- 06Meticulous attention to detail coupled with a rigorous decision-making process
- 07Strong knowledge of Google Workspace tools, MS Office products, and experience working with and analyzing contracts
- 08Independently analyze and evaluate information from various data sources to determine a course of action
- 09Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
- 10Demonstrated history of taking on various types of challenging projects and producing results
- 11Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices
