- 01Simplify the complex, making sophisticated functionality feel obvious
- 02Design for real business logic, handling triggers, conditions, branching workflows, and customer data
- 03Lead data visualization to surface meaningful and actionable metrics
- 04Think end-to-end, considering the full seller journey and ensuring seamless platform connections
- 05Prototype motion and state using high-fidelity prototyping for complex UI interactions
- 06Partner cross-functionally with PMs, Engineers, and Researchers to shape strategy and ship work
- 07Drive craft and systems, championing quality design and contributing to scalable frameworks
Требования
- 016+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showing complex systems made simple
- 02Systems thinker capable of designing at scale and understanding the impact of changes
- 03Visual and information design expertise to help users make decisions with messy data
- 04Figma expert, skilled in building scalable components and high-fidelity prototypes
- 05Strong communicator able to articulate design decisions to various stakeholders
- 06User-first mindset, leveraging research and empathizing with business owners
