Обязанности
- 01Serve as the face of Auth0 to developers worldwide, inspiring, educating, and empowering them to better secure their applications using Auth0, with a focus on startups.
- 02Work closely with developers at startups to help them understand and implement best practices in identity, access management, and cybersecurity.
- 03Represent Auth0 at industry events, conferences, and webinars, engaging the developer community and showcasing expertise.
- 04Develop and share high-quality technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, and labs to educate and inspire developers about Auth0 and customer identity.
- 05Build and nurture relationships with influential developers within the community and customers.
- 06Advocate for developers' needs and pain points within the Auth0 Product unit in Okta, improving the developer experience.
- 07Collaborate with Product and Architecture teams as a representative of the DevRel team.
- 08Collaborate on the crafting and launch of Auth0 capabilities by reviewing early documentation, SDKs, and product features.
- 09Bring developer insights and feedback back into the company to inform and shape product development, documentation, APIs, SDKs, and features.
- 10Lead workshops and support developers in implementing Auth0 in their code.
Требования
- 01Technical background or good understanding of Application Development and IT operations; familiarity with Identity and Authentication Management software, credentialing, and cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
- 02Hands-on technical experience deploying, configuring, or implementing software tools and products.
- 03Joy in serving the developer community and helping fellow developers improve, with the ability to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive communications.
- 04Strong independent contributor who enjoys collaborating with teammates and multi-functional teams.
- 05Thrives in a fast-paced, constantly iterative environment.
- 06Experience working as a Developer Advocate, Developer Evangelist, Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Customer Success Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
- 07Experience with at least one authentication or authorization protocol (OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP).
- 08Understanding of core security concerns within a typical application (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF).
- 09Experience building web, mobile, and IoT applications incorporating both front-end and back-end languages/frameworks.
- 10Experience working with API architectures/technologies like REST and GraphQL, including using browser dev tools to explain HTTP traffic and HTTP clients (e.g., curl, Postman) to interact with services.
- 11Experience running code sprints or technology workshops.
- 12Experience working with the startup and/or nonprofit sector(s).
- 13Experience working with SaaS developers.
- 14Willingness to travel 30% or more.

- 01Annual base salary range of $147,000 to $202,400 USD (for specified locations).
