Обязанности
- 01Design, build, and maintain the data and automation infrastructure that powers Mercor's go-to-market organization
- 02Partner closely with Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and Engineering to translate business requirements into scalable data models, workflows, and technical systems
- 03Build and maintain reliable integrations across Mercor's GTM stack (Attio, Customer.io, Clay)
- 04Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting that give GTM leaders real-time visibility into pipeline, conversion, attribution, and revenue performance
- 05Own the quality, documentation, and governance of GTM data so teams can make decisions with confidence
- 06Build AI agents that automate lead research, enrichment, routing, campaign execution, outbound personalization, customer intelligence, and other high-impact workflows
- 07Deploy production-grade automations using frontier language models, APIs, workflow orchestration, and modern data infrastructure to eliminate manual operational work
- 08Rapidly prototype AI-powered workflows, measure their business impact, and scale successful experiments into core GTM infrastructure
- 09Stay at the frontier of AI tooling and proactively introduce new capabilities that increase the leverage of Mercor's go-to-market teams
- 10Build reliable, observable data pipelines and workflows that customer-facing teams depend on every day
- 11Continuously identify operational bottlenecks and automate repetitive processes across the customer lifecycle
- 12Improve TAM mapping, account and contact enrichment, rules of engagement, attribution, and lead routing
- 13Champion a culture of data quality, documentation, and rapid iteration across Mercor's go-to-market organization
Требования
- 016+ years of experience spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, data science, growth engineering, revenue operations, or a similarly technical role with a track record of building reliable systems in high-growth environments
- 02Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- 03Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems
- 04Strong intuition for go-to-market operations
- 05Experience working with modern data warehouses, orchestration tools, and BI platforms (e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, Hex, or similar)
- 06A builder's instinct: you take ownership of ambiguous problems, move quickly, and know when to build for speed versus long-term scale
- 07Excellent communication skills
- 08Experience thriving in fast-moving, high-growth environments
