Обязанности
- 01Investigate accounts to identify fraudulent merchants, card testing, account takeover, and other fraud vectors
- 02Conduct investigations on merchant accounts to support financial partner requirements
- 03Assess risk factors and trends of potentially fraudulent activity
- 04Help maintain fraud detection strategies and business rules that balance fraud loss and customer experience
- 05Contribute to root cause analysis to identify opportunities to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk within process and performance
- 06Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Fraud Operations team
Требования
- 01Some experience in fraud analysis, fraud investigations, or fraud operations
- 02Experience using data to make assessments and judgments
- 03A team-focused mentality and effective problem-solving skills
- 04The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and solutions-oriented
- 05You have availability to work 100% in-office
- 06You're willing to periodically work a weekend (remotely) for which you will be compensated with weekdays off
