Обязанности
- 01Build user-centered website layouts, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and conversion-focused digital experiences
- 02Learn through testing into solutions and iterate to keep improving performance
- 03Develop a deep understanding of business objectives and customer needs, and how digital experiences can acquire and retain customers
- 04Own direction and quality of your initiatives, including systems-level thinking about how your work connects to the broader product and design systems
- 05Drive UI decisions and deliver engineering-ready designs, flows, and components with a high bar for craft
- 06Lead website design development process from start to finish: from ideation, user research, user flows, information architecture, visual design, to delivery and quality assurance
- 07Raise the bar for design through the quality of your work and how you show up in brainstorms, reviews, and cross-functional partnership
- 08Stay up-to-date with web trends and best practices, tools, accessibility standards, etc, and weave those into your digital design practice
- 09Work closely with product managers, designers, copywriters, and engineers to translate complex business challenges into best-in-class digital experiences
Требования
- 015-7 years of web design experience with a portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership, impact and outcomes, and the thinking behind your designs
- 02Fluency in Figma, including design systems and prototyping for engineering handoff
- 03Familiarity and experience with AI tools including Claude, Figma make, Gemini, etc
- 04Comfort operating independently in an ambiguous environment
- 05Mobile app experience preferred; fintech or consumer product background a plus
- 06Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- 07Knowledge of AfterEffects, other motion tools, and prototyping tools are a big plus
- 08Front end development experience preferred to help bridge the gap between design and engineering and ensure quality implementation
- 09Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and effectively with cross-functional teams
- 10Eye for detail, consistency, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs
- 11Comprehensive knowledge of standard iOS and Android mobile design patterns
