- 01Lead the design vision for Mercury's Accounting Integrations experience, from early product strategy through polished execution
- 02Reimagine how customers prepare and complete accounting work in Mercury through thoughtful automation and new interaction models, shaping how customers interact with one of our most strategically important product areas
- 03Translate complex accounting workflows into intuitive product experiences that make financial operations feel simple
- 04Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research to shape the future of accounting at Mercury through rapid exploration, experimentation, and thoughtful product strategy
- 05Define shared interaction patterns and visual language across Mercury's accounting ecosystem
- 06Raise the quality bar for accounting experiences across Mercury through exceptional craft and design leadership
Требования
- 016+ years of experience leading complex, end-to-end product design initiatives
- 02Thinks in systems and workflows, not just individual screens
- 03Learns new domains obsessively until they can challenge experts on their own assumptions
- 04Brings clarity to ambiguous problems and helps teams align around a compelling direction
- 05Experience turning highly complex workflows into simple, intuitive product experiences
- 06Balances automation with transparency, trust, and user control
- 07Brings strong product judgment, clear communication, and a high degree of ownership
- 08Uses AI to accelerate exploration and deepen their thinking without compromising craft

- 01Base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits
- 02US employees (any location): $189,000–236,200 USD
- 03Canadian employees (any location): $178,600–223,200 CAD
