Обязанности

01Develop secure multi-tenant cloud-native storage solutions to ensure performance, automatic failover and zero downtime
02Implement and operate (oncall) production-ready applications in Rust
03Diagnose test failures and performance regressions, and implement fixes
04Lead development and project management for large, cross-team initiatives
05Identify, design, implement, test, and support new features related to Storage Layer Services, while contributing to the operational excellence of running a cloud service
06Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to define product roadmaps

01Minimum of 5 years of experience in programming, debugging, and performance tuning of distributed and/or highly concurrent software systems
02Strong systems fundamentals, including multi-threaded programming and performance profiling
03Experience with distributed systems
04Proven experience in building, deploying, and operating multi-tenant cloud services with a focus on operational excellence
05Familiarity with database internals or experience building core components for data processing systems
06Hands-on experience in developing performance-sensitive software
07Experience with large backend/compiled codebases, preferably in Rust or C/C++
08B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
09Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills, with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues
10Strong time management skills and the ability to realistically assess project complexity
11Interest in the theory and practice of high-availability systems; hands-on experience or an M.Sc./Ph.D. in the domain is a plus
