Обязанности
- 01Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered product experiences for Notebooks and adjacent surfaces
- 02Develop systems that combine deterministic product capabilities with LLM-powered experiences to deliver trustworthy and explainable customer outcomes
- 03Partner closely with Product: Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to translate customer problems, adoption signals, and roadmap goals into concrete technical decisions and iterations
- 04Build experiences that enable Datadog capabilities to operate within third-party AI platforms, agents, and conversational environments
- 05Provide technical leadership and mentorship while helping establish AI engineering best practices
- 06Own production systems: Build and operate reliable backend services that run in the critical path of customer deployments, and be on-call for those services
Требования
- 01You have experience with Go, Python or similar systems programming languages
- 02You have 6+ years of relevant engineering experience
- 03You have hands-on experience delivering production AI-powered products and customer-facing experiences using LLM technologies
- 04You approach engineering through a strong product mindset and can connect technical decisions to customer outcomes and business impact
- 05You have experience building reliable systems that manage model non-determinism through evaluation frameworks, testing strategies, and operational excellence
