Обязанности
- 01Build and extend smart contract functionality for minting, burning, and safeguarding custom stablecoin supply, working closely with senior engineers on design and security review.
- 02Implement backend services that power onboarding, issuance, reserve accounting, and rewards distribution.
- 03Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to turn the stablecoin roadmap into shipped features every quarter.
- 04Develop reporting, monitoring, and internal tooling that improve reliability and operational excellence for the team.
- 05Write high-quality, well-tested code across both backend and smart contract surfaces.
Требования
- 012+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services.
- 02Exposure to writing, testing, or deploying smart contracts (Solidity or similar EVM languages), or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in new technical domains with mentorship.
- 03Comfort working within a service-oriented architecture and contributing to established systems at scale.
- 04Familiarity with Golang and blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum or similar EVM chains).
- 05Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- 06Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
Условия
- 01Annual base salary range (excluding equity and bonus): $146,300 — $154,000 CAD
- 02Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility
- 03Benefits including medical, dental, and vision
- 04Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company
- 05Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.”
