01Define the Platform Vision: Own the roadmap and strategic direction for key infrastructure components
02Enhance Cloud Infrastructure & Resilience: Champion initiatives related to cloud architecture
03Scale AI Agent Identity & MCP: Lead the infrastructure strategy for Model Context Protocol (MCP) enablement
04Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Go-To-Market teams
05Master Rate Limiting & Scale: Design and implement intelligent, multi-dimensional rate-limiting strategies
06Champion Compliance and Security: Ensure infrastructure features align with stringent security frameworks

015+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion managing highly technical, backend, or infrastructure/platform products at an enterprise SaaS company
02Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern infrastructure concepts
03Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), agentic workflows, and securing machine-to-machine (M2M) or agent-to-tool communications
04Proven ability to engage with engineering teams on complex topics such as data streaming, API gateways, intelligent rate-limiting algorithms, and high-availability (HA) database failovers
05Strong data-driven approach to product management, with experience defining, tracking, and optimizing operational metrics and SLAs
06Ability to translate complex infrastructure capabilities into compelling customer value propositions
07Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, lead cross-functional initiatives, and navigate complex organizational dependencies

01Annual base salary range for candidates located in Canada: $146,000 — $200,200 CAD
