Обязанности
- 01Building Assembly & Preparation: Spearhead the material handling and installation of structural and mechanical equipment within the building integration process, as well as performing seam caulking and comprehensive preparations to ensure every unit meets safety standards and is ready for shipment
- 02Assembly of Structural Components: Being able to work with large equipment and gear to assemble parts onto metal skids that are 60’ long as well as work to erect and secure metal siding and roofs
- 03Modular AI Data Center Installations: Work with a team of 3-4 people to install GPU racking, Switchgears, RPPS, and other components to build out modular data centers to be deployed across the US
- 04Work Order and Material Verification: Meticulously review work orders to confirm the availability and accuracy of all required materials, including hardware, components, and in-house parts
- 05Product Labeling and Compliance: Oversee the review and proper installation of company logos, labeling, NEMA Ratings, and UL information on all finished products
- 06Continuous Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your work team, focusing on enhancing procedures, processes, and methods to ensure safety and quality in every task
- 07Work Area and Inventory Management: Maintain an organized work area, keep parts inventory accurate, and manage materials efficiently to proactively prevent production delays
- 08Team Resource and Backfill: Act as a flexible floater and vital resource, stepping in to backfill production team members when required to ensure continuous operational flow
Требования
- 01Mechanical Aptitude: Possess a high level of mechanical aptitude for understanding assembly processes and troubleshooting equipment
- 02Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs, and to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily
- 03Computer Operation: Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back to efficiently operate computers and related equipment
- 04Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong attention to detail
- 05Drawing Interpretation: Ability to accurately check engineering drawings for assembly requirements
- 06Learning Agility and Problem Solving: Eager to learn with strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges effectively
- 07Professionalism and Responsibility: A highly motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates professionalism and willingly accepts responsibility for team outcomes
