Обязанности

01Hub Supervision & Global Tax Operations Support Manage the India tax team (team of 2), including associated workload, prioritization, coaching, and professional development
02Prepare, review and support tax data extraction, mapping, reconciliations, calculations, and workpaper preparation to support worldwide tax compliance and reporting
03Promote consistency, quality, and scalability across tax processes and controls
04India Tax Support & Compliance Partner with Accounting, Finance and external advisors to support India local tax filings, audits, assessments and notices
05Monitor changes in India tax regulations and communicate potential impacts to the global tax team
06Help build deeper internal capabilities and ownership of India tax matters over time
07Support business growth by providing tax guidance for India-related business initiatives and transactions
08Process Improvement, Automation & AI Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve tax processes across the global tax function
09Support development of standardized workpapers, data models, and repeatable processes for direct and indirect tax compliance
10Support implementation and adoption of technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
11Contribute to the continued development of a centralized tax operations model

01Chartered accountant or any other equivalent qualification
0210+ years of progressive corporate tax experience with strong India tax expertise
03Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and the interaction between accounting and tax reporting
04Experience leading teams and operating in a multinational environment
05Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions, cultures and levels of the organization
06Strong technology aptitude with the ability to leverage data, systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve tax processes and scalability
07Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgement, and drive complex initiatives to successful completion
08Willingness to work flexible hours with global business
09Must be able to multitask, work efficiently under tight deadlines and proactively track and report progress
10Self-motivated to apply learned experiences and leverage best practices
