Обязанности
- 01Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, QA, Support, and members of the Information Development team
- 02Prioritize documentation work across concurrent initiatives to meet release dates
- 03Create end-to-end feature documentation for multiple engineering teams including developer content (API references and SDK/CLI/Terraform guides) and admin/product content (feature and configuration guides)
- 04Develop comprehensive product expertise through hands-on engagement to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with customer workflows
- 05Become an expert in the Information Development team's guidelines, processes, and tools
- 06Identify scope for improvement and suggest enhancements, including the use of Generative AI tools to increase productivity
- 07Analyze customer feedback before and after delivering documentation to enhance content depth, quality, and relevance
Требования
- 017+ years writing documentation for Cloud or Enterprise products
- 02Security/IAM domain knowledge (Okta or similar IDaaS)
- 03Track record of leading the documentation efforts independently for a launch
- 04Strong technical fluency to read code and API specs and validate content firsthand
- 05Experience writing for Developers, such as SDK, CLI, or API reference guides
- 06Comfortable prioritizing and negotiating scope or timelines with stakeholders
- 07Self-starter and a strong communicator (both verbal and written)
- 08Experience working with team members across different timezones
- 09A team player who enjoys collaborating with different stakeholders
- 10Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- 11Bachelor, Diploma or Masters degree in Technical Communications, Information Systems, or a related technical field, and equivalent work experience

- 02Work Mode: Hybrid (minimum of 2 days onsite/week)
- 03Requires an in-person meeting with the Hiring Manager at our Bengaluru office following the final rounds
- 04Onboarding requires in-person travelling to our Bengaluru office
