Обязанности
- 01Own ClickUp's organic acquisition strategy across Google Search, LLMs, communities, review platforms, and emerging discovery surfaces
- 02Build AI-powered workflows and agents to automate everything from content creation to complex analytical assessments
- 03Build and manage strategic external partnerships (AI platforms, review ecosystems, third-party publishers)
- 04Partner closely with Engineering, Performance Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics
- 05Lead ClickUp's technical SEO oversight, including site architecture, structured data, and international SEO
- 06Develop measurement frameworks and use data to prioritize initiatives
- 07Act as the organic growth product owner for web engineering priorities
- 08Own oversight of the content portfolio: defining scalable strategies across editorial, programmatic, localization, and product-led experiences
Требования
- 018+ years in SEO or organic growth at scale
- 023+ years in a leadership role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- 03Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to separate signal from noise
- 04Deep understanding of AI-powered search experiences and LLMs
- 05Hands-on experience measuring AI visibility, citations, and LLM referral traffic using tools like Peec, AirOps, Profound, or Scrunch
- 06Demonstrated experience building AI-powered workflows to automate processes
- 07Experience managing direct reports and building small, high-output teams
- 08Track record of building custom measurement and attribution frameworks
- 09Deep expertise in technical SEO, information architecture, content strategy, and on-site optimization
- 10Low ego, high candor, and a bias toward action
