Обязанности
- 01Set the technical direction for the team's agentic systems
- 02Discover and prioritize sources of friction across GitLab's SDLC
- 03Work across any part of GitLab's codebase as the problem requires
- 04Apply distributed systems judgment to catch cases where generated code looks correct but breaks under concurrency
- 05Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on agent engineering practices
- 06Collaborate with the India-based group to align on the roadmap
- 07Serve as a bar raiser for the team's hiring
- 08Own a greenfield technical foundation from day one
Требования
- 01Experience building reliable agentic or large language model (LLM)-based systems
- 02Ability to work autonomously in unfamiliar codebases
- 03Strong distributed systems and computer science fundamentals
- 04Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python
- 05Track record of delivering results from unclear or incomplete requirements
- 06Experience designing evaluation frameworks for systems
- 07History of unblocking and enabling teammates
