Обязанности
- 01Develop and manage scalable billing and collection processes for complex user agreements and new business operations
- 02Build scalable and auditable onboarding processes for new and existing users
- 03Onboard sold custom contracts into our billing systems
- 04Work with legal contracts using strong attention to detail
- 05Partner with internal systems, global deal management, legal, sales ops, internal audit, go-to-market, engineering and accounting teams to develop and improve processes for contract reviews and to anticipate changing business requirements
- 06Partner with account managers to solve user inquiries related to onboarding implementation, billing, and collections
- 07Advocate for the customer to internal stakeholders
- 08Share system feedback and insights to Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support and Legal on innovation and improvement needed to optimize the Stripe user experience
- 09Help scope, build, and deliver continuous process improvements that enhance operations
Требования
- 01Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Business, Information Management, or a related field
- 024 years of Client-facing experience in customer success, consulting, financial services, account management, or technical product sales
- 033 years experience in Tracing process impacts from situation to end customers & business financial outcomes
- 043 years experience in Payment industry
- 053 years experience in GSuite and Excel
- 063 years experience in Working with large data sets
- 073 years experience in SQL
- 083 years experience in Project management or consulting

- 103 years experience in Influencing business decisions by creating high quality presentations and documentations using PowerPoint
- 113 years experience in Digital workflow design, focusing on improving efficiency and user experience across organizational tools
- 123 years experience in Dashboard Design and Data Visualization using Tableau
- 133 years experience in Using data visualization tools including creating dashboards in Hubble to track KPIs and operational performance
