Обязанности

01Serve as the primary language resource for voice AI in Hindi
02Manage annotation quality, auditing data, and monitoring product performance
03Investigate customer-reported issues and execute projects requiring deep linguistic expertise
04Coordinate with the Human Evals Manager on project deliverables and timelines
05Answer questions from annotators about guidelines and language-specific issues
06Cascade new feedback, instructions, or rubric updates to annotators
07Listen to annotator-rated audio files and check alignment with the rubric
08Prepare written quality assessments for annotators with specific examples and recommendations
09Listen to TTS output and provide ground truth assessments of pronunciation, prosody, and naturalness
10Update or expand sections of the annotation guidelines when gaps or edge cases are found
11Prep and run calibration meetings with annotators
12Hold office hours for real-time support
13Develop onboarding materials and resources for new annotators
14Write QA reports on annotation quality and calibration outcomes
15Review production audio in your language and flag quality issues to the team
16Investigate language-specific issues reported by customers and identify root causes
17Audit datasets for linguistic accuracy, completeness, and consistency

01Native-level proficiency in Hindi as spoken in Hindi
02Experience with data annotation, transcription, or language quality assurance
03Strong foundation in linguistics or a related field, with the ability to apply concepts like phonetics, prosody, and intonation when evaluating speech and writing annotation guidelines
04Strong written English proficiency
05Ability to write clear, structured instructions and deliver specific, actionable feedback to annotators
06Comfortable working with data and metrics such as inter-rater agreement scores, audit spreadsheets, and structured feedback templates
07Self-directed and able to manage feedback cycles, QA reviews, and data projects without close oversight

01Roughly 40 hours per week with flexibility in scheduling
02Participation in periodic coordination meetings during US Pacific hours is expected
03In-office policy: In-person team based out of offices in San Francisco, London, and Bangalore
