Обязанности
- 01Lead and coordinate holding-level accounting activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
- 02Prepare and review statutory financial statements and supporting documentation for holding entities
- 03Ensure complete compliance with local statutory accounting and Dutch reporting requirements
- 04Partner with the Controlling team to guide external auditors, advisors, and service providers through statutory reporting and audit cycles
- 05Analyze complex accounting matters, document key technical positions, and align accounting policies across holding entities
- 06Prepare reconciliations, journals, balance sheet reviews, and closing documentation for holding companies
- 07Monitor intercompany balances and lead intercompany accounting alignment and eliminations
- 08Improve finance workflows, internal controls, and reporting systems to help our accounting processes scale
Требования
- 01Deep, practical knowledge of general ledger accounting, holding structures, and statutory reporting
- 02Strong understanding of Dutch statutory compliance requirements and accounting principles
- 03Proven experience preparing or coordinating statutory financial statements for legal entities in an international environment
- 04Solid experience operating within ERP-based systems (such as NetSuite) and managing complex spreadsheet analyses
- 05Fluent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with global team members
- 06A high level of ownership, reliability, and extreme attention to detail
- 07A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, looking at changing environments as puzzles to solve, not obstacles
- 08Strong logical reasoning and the ability to explain complex accounting treatments clearly
