Обязанности
- 01Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of resilient, scalable solutions in our Salesforce Platform for both Sales & CPQ
- 02Translate business and product requirements into clear, technical roadmaps and system specifications
- 03Establish engineering best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and testing strategies
- 04Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient APEX code alongside the Salesforce development team
- 05Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality, security, and performance
- 06Manage technical debt, proactively balancing speed of delivery with long-term system health
- 07Provide technical guidance, direct support, and actionable feedback to Salesforce engineers
- 08Mentor team members to foster technical growth and career advancement
- 09Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, technical grooming, post-mortems)
- 10Partner closely with Technical Managers, Enterprise Architects, and other Technical Leaders to align on scope, timelines, and technical feasibility
- 11Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
- 12Drive operational excellence by improving CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and incident response
Требования
- 015+ years of software development experience in Salesforce/CPQ
- 02Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub/GitLab)
- 03Excellent problem-solving skills, strong verbal and written communication, and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
