Обязанности

01Handle global information requests, including document intake, processing, and tracking, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
02Collaborate with Law Enforcement Response Team members in EMEA, and Singapore to prioritize requests and ensure consistency in operations
03Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in handling legal requests
04Participate in an on-call rotation, working closely with the Safety Team to provide timely responses to emergency requests from around the world
05Identify anomalies or unusual patterns in requests and escalate ambiguous policy issues as needed
06Maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with teammates and cross-functional teams to support team efficiency and deliverables
07Deliver consistent, high-quality work on repetitive tasks while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
08Take ownership of projects, seeing them through from start to finish with a focus on detail and organization

01Fluency in written and spoken English
02Exceptional communication and writing skills
03Experience working with user information requests, legal documents, or a legal education
04Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment
05Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality output
06Passion and enthusiasm for protecting user privacy and freedom of expression
07Collaborative mindset with perseverance, determination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
08Comfortable navigating ambiguous policy escalations and making sound decisions
09Availability to work weekends, with potential schedules including Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
10Potential for shifts to change to as early as 6am or finish as late as 8pm, with notice
11To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
