Обязанности
- 01Own sourcing strategy and supplier execution across the full robot BOM: actuators, motors, gearboxes, sensors, compute modules, PCBAs, harnessing, and mechanical / structural assemblies
- 02Build and expand a resilient global supply base, securing supply continuity through supplier selection, capacity planning, dual-sourcing, and risk mitigation
- 03Establish sourcing processes, metrics, and supplier performance management frameworks appropriate for a rapidly scaling robotics organization
- 04Own BOM cost targets as the platform scales from pilot builds to large-scale deployment; drive cost improvements through negotiation, should-cost analysis, and value engineering
- 05Partner closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware, and compute engineering teams to drive design for manufacturability, supply chain resilience, and cost optimization
- 06Ensure material continuity across in-house and outsourced manufacturing — determining order quantities, running RFQ/RFP, and driving inventory accuracy and forecast efficiency using MRP/ERP systems
- 07Develop multi-source strategies for critical and allocation-sensitive components (including high-performance compute) and proactively mitigate geopolitical and single-source risks
- 08Negotiate pricing, lead times, allocation, and commercial agreements to meet aggressive cost, quality, and production targets
- 09Lead the transition from prototype and in-house manufacturing toward contract manufacturing, including CM selection, qualification, onboarding, and operational scaling
- 10Support NPI and production ramp activities with suppliers and manufacturing partners across Asia Pacific and other global regions
- 11Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis, and cost / capacity scenario analysis; synthesize and communicate findings and supply risks to engineering and executive leadership
