• 01Develop the tooling that powers our portfolio of cloud integrations and observability apps
• 02Develop, maintain and scale our infrastructure observability features in Grafana Cloud
• 03Ship features end to end, from the UI a user clicks through to the backend services behind it and the dashboards and alerts that ship with each integration
• 04Move between parts of the stack as the work demands (React panel, Go service, Jsonnet mixin)
• 05Own projects from problem statement to production, including talking to users and checking whether what you shipped actually worked
• 06Represent the team's work outside the team: write the design proposals, run the demos, and make the case for our roadmap in cross-team discussions
• 07Contribute upstream to Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and Grafana Alloy where our work touches them
• 08Join the on-call rotation for the services you own

• 01Interest in working across the full stack, with a product-focused mindset
• 02Experience on both the backend and the frontend
• 03Fluency with AI-assisted development
• 04Comfort being visible
• 05Working knowledge of the observability ecosystem: Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alerting, and what it takes to run these systems in production
• 06Strong written communication
• 07Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

• 03OTE (On-Target Earnings)/Base compensation range for this role is USD $154,445 - $185,334
