• 01Manage the full operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability for network services
• 02Design and develop new automation and tooling by writing production-quality code to eliminate team-level toil
• 03Collaborate closely with the Workplace Team, TDI Teams, Security, and other stakeholders to resolve recurring incidents and improve IT network security
• 04Maintain fleet-wide consistency across software, configuration, and security
• 05Assist with the research and implementation of innovative network technologies
• 06Participate in an on-call rotation, maintaining composure during live incidents to apply structured troubleshooting

Требования

• 012+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree; or an advanced degree without experience
• 02Strong proficiency in writing production-quality code to automate repetitive tasks and eliminate toil
• 03Comprehensive understanding of core networking concepts and principles (WiFi, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, ACLs, Routing, and Firewall Policies)
• 04Demonstrated experience working with network device monitoring, alerting, and logging tools
• 05A strong ability to foster open dialogue and collaboration among the immediate team while maintaining a secure, consistent end-user experience
