Обязанности
- 01Build and Own the Localization Automation Framework: Design, develop, and maintain the core automation workflows for our content lifecycle using agentic workflows, Python and APIs, connecting our TMS with content sources, repositories, and other internal tools
- 02Spearhead AI and Technology Integration: Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge localization technologies, including AI/LLM-based solutions and advanced TMS features, to improve the quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness of our workflows
- 03Provide Technical Oversight and Systems Integrity: Act as the authority for resolving high-impact architectural failures. Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on complex integration issues, file parsing conflicts, and system-wide bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted uptime for the localization pipeline
- 04Advise on Internationalization (i18n): Consult with product and engineering teams by providing expert technical guidance, conducting i18n code audits, and defining best practices to ensure new experiences and features are architected for seamless localization
- 05Manage and Optimize the TMS Environment: Serve as the primary technical owner of our Translation Management Systems (e.g., XTM, Smartling), responsible for configuration, maintenance, and optimization
- 06Drive Early Detection (Shift-Left Strategy): Develop and deploy "self-service" tools for dev teams, such as pseudo-localization pipelines and i18n auditing, enabling them to identify and fix UI truncation, hard-coding, and concatenation issues before they reach the translation phase
Требования
- 016-8 years of experience in software or globalization engineering, with a proven track record of architecting localization solutions at scale
- 02Expert-level proficiency in Python and leveraging APIs to build and maintain custom automation frameworks and system integrations
- 03Experience with enterprise CMS or MSM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager)
- 04Proven, hands-on experience implementing and utilizing AI in localization workflows (e.g., custom MT pipelines, quality estimation, prompt engineering for LLMs)
- 05Deep technical understanding of the localization landscape, including TMS architecture, content parsing, and a wide variety of file formats (JSON, XML, XLIFF, properties, etc.)
- 06Ability to conduct code-level i18n reviews and provide actionable feedback to developers in a way that encourages adoption of global best practices
- 07A systematic and analytical problem-solving mindset, with a demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues independently
- 08Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple technical projects simultaneously

- 02Annual base salary range for California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington: $132,000 — $181,500 USD
- 03Annual base salary range for Canada: $114,000 — $157,300 CAD
