• 01Lead proactive sourcing efforts for key technical and business roles
• 02Partner with hiring teams to understand role requirements and team culture
• 03Map talent across target companies in specific geographies
• 04Utilize a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, events, networking) to engage and attract passive candidates
• 05Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
• 06Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and assessment
• 07Collaborate closely with recruiters to manage candidate flow
• 08Maintain an organized and efficient ATS (Greenhouse)
• 09Analyze data and market trends to refine sourcing strategies
• 10Provide a seamless, high-touch candidate experience

Требования

• 017+ years of sourcing experience
• 02Proven track record of identifying and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• 03Strong experience sourcing for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Applied Engineers, Product Designers) and other business functions
• 04Expertise in using advanced sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray search, Boolean search, Gem, etc.)
• 05Highly proficient in using AI and Agents to research, map and identify hard to find talent
• 06Excellent understanding of the tech talent landscape, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies
• 07Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and recruiters
• 08Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• 09Data-driven approach to sourcing, with experience using metrics to optimize processes
• 10Outstanding communication skills with a focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience
