• 01Build intuitive, elegant, and stable mobile experiences using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android APIs
• 02Lead the full lifecycle of product features — from ideation and technical design to implementation, testing, and release
• 03Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and Data Scientists to create impactful solutions
• 04Champion engineering best practices that ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• 05Mentor junior developers and help elevate team standards and collaboration
• 06Help launch Robinhood’s crypto and adjacent financial products in new regions by building critical Android experiences end to end
• 07Work across onboarding, local funding rails, account setup, multi-currency wallet capabilities, trading surfaces, and translations infrastructure

Требования

• 016+ years of professional experience developing Android applications
• 02Proficiency with Kotlin and/or Java, and a strong grasp of Android SDK and architecture patterns like MVVM
• 03Experience using Jetpack Compose, Coroutines & Flow or RxJava, and libraries such as Retrofit and Room
• 04Strong collaboration and communication skills with a product-focused mindset
• 05Demonstrated ability to mentor peers, lead complex projects, and influence architecture decisions
• 06Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• 08Base Pay Range: Zone 1 $196,000 — $230,000 USD, Zone 2 $172,000 — $202,000 USD, Zone 3 $153,000 — $179,000 USD
