• 01Build and maintain scalable, production-grade data models and analytics foundations that power decision-making across our 7 international markets
• 02Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to define success metrics, evaluate product outcomes, and turn data into actionable insights
• 03Enable self-service analytics through trusted metrics, reusable semantic models, and scalable data products that help teams answer their own questions and demonstrate the impact of their work
• 04Leverage AI and modern analytics tooling to accelerate insight generation, improve analytics workflows, and enable stakeholders to interact with data more effectively
• 05Continuously improve our analytics platform through robust modeling, testing, documentation, and engineering best practices

Требования

• 01Experience building and maintaining production data models using SQL and modern transformation tools (e.g. Dataform, SQLMesh or dbt)
• 02Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python
• 03Experience with BigQuery and a BI tool, ideally Looker
• 04Comfortable partnering with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate questions into scalable analytics solutions
• 05A proactive, pragmatic mindset with strong communication skills and a passion for making data accessible and trustworthy
• 06Exposure to data science or machine learning applications in a business context
• 07Experience with product analytics, event tracking, funnel analysis or experimentation
• 08Experience in fast-growing operational businesses (e.g. logistics, marketplaces or field services)
