Обязанности
- 01Lead and grow a well-balanced team of engineers
- 02Set clear expectations, give direct feedback, and develop each engineer toward their next level
- 03Own the team’s technical strategy and multi-quarter roadmap
- 04Empower the tech lead and engineers to hold the design and quality bar
- 05Own the availability, reliability, and performance of consumer-critical systems
- 06Keep the team shipping in small increments, breaking large programs into sprint-sized milestones
- 07Partner across Product, Design, and Analytics, and other Engineering teams
- 08Drive hiring and onboarding to grow a diverse, high-performing team
- 09Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and transparency
Требования
- 017+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing and growing engineering teams
- 02Proven experience delivering consumer-facing software and driving execution through ambiguity
- 03Track record of managing performance directly
- 04Technical judgment required to guide architecture, quality, and reliability decisions
- 05Experience leading significant technical initiatives end-to-end
- 06Familiarity with modern full-stack development
- 07Calm, decisive presence through change and ambiguity
- 08Humble, team-first leader who builds a high-trust, psychologically safe culture
- 09Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 01Base pay range per year: 365,000 zł - 485,000 zł
