Обязанности
- 01Design and implement secure, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration tools
- 02Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs leveraging the Salesforce platform
- 03Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
- 04Develop and deploy serverless solutions using Amazon Web Services Lambda and cloud-native services to extend Salesforce capabilities
- 05Build intelligent automation solutions using Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Amazon Bedrock
- 06Design conversational workflows, internal copilots, or AI agents that improve employee productivity and customer support operations
- 07Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals
- 08Provide level-of-effort estimates and feasibility assessments for proposed solutions
- 09Develop Salesforce features across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Console, Experience Cloud)
- 10Own the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment with proper documentation
- 11Create and execute unit, integration, functional, and automation test cases to ensure solution quality
- 12Support production deployments and perform root-cause analysis of issues
- 13Mentor other engineers to help them grow and improve their skills
- 14Take the role of Delivery Lead for different projects, ensuring the team delivers solutions within committed timelines while following defined coding/implementation best practices
Требования
- 015+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Process Automation tools, and Lightning Web Components
- 027+ years of software development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript
- 03Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Communities with an in-depth understanding of best practices, coding, and declarative frameworks
- 04Strong Python development experience for automation, integrations, and AI/ML workflows
- 05Experience designing cloud-native solutions using Amazon Web Services services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, Step Functions, or serverless architectures
- 06Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Amazon Bedrock
- 07Familiarity with source control and CI/CD pipelines
- 08Ability to manage and deliver full lifecycle Salesforce projects independently
- 09Deep understanding of developing secure solutions that protect sensitive data
- 10Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
- 11Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.)
- 12Experience with Einstein Bots, predictive analytics, Agentforce, or other AI-powered Salesforce tools
- 13Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD practices for Salesforce
- 14Experience building multi-agent orchestration or workflow automation platforms
- 15Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or AI governance practices
- 16Experience improving support workflows and automation in customer service environments
- 17Background in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies
