• 01Own the self-serve experience across onboarding, activation, adoption, monetization, and retention for people and agents
• 02Find high-impact opportunities through customer research, product data, and direct use of Vercel
• 03Co-own Growth strategy, priorities, hypotheses, and success measures with Growth Product, Engineering, and Data
• 04Build and test working prototypes using the right tools for the question, including Figma, v0, Cursor, and Claude Code
• 05Design and ship experiments, stay involved through implementation, and interpret results without losing sight of trust, accessibility, or the broader funnel
• 06Turn what works into durable product improvements, reusable patterns, and better internal tools
• 07Share the learning so Design and Growth improve with every experiment

• 01Your portfolio demonstrates strong product design fundamentals and measurable outcomes
• 02You have owned ambiguous, complex work from problem framing through launch and iteration
• 03You create clarity and make progress without waiting for a complete brief
• 04You can form useful hypotheses, choose success and guardrail measures, and interpret quantitative and qualitative evidence with Data partners
• 05You build interactive prototypes independently using modern AI tools
• 06You are comfortable prompting, working near code, and learning whatever helps you validate an idea
• 07You design clear, trustworthy experiences across skill levels and abilities
• 08You care about interaction details, edge cases, language, accessibility, and recovery
• 09You work directly with Product, Engineering, and Data, explain tradeoffs clearly, seek feedback early, and stay involved through implementation
• 10You know when to use or evolve a system and when a one-off is the fastest responsible way to learn

• 07If based within commuting distance of SF, NY, London, or Berlin office: in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
• 08If located beyond office commuting distance: role is fully remote
