• 01Build, lead, and inspire a team of Delivery Solutions Architects
• 02Set strategy, coach technical excellence, and ensure team remains at the forefront of modern Data and AI architecture
• 03Accelerate use case onboarding, enabling production workloads, and driving success in production
• 04Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Support, Product Engineering, and Professional Services to build integrated customer plans
• 05Establish mechanisms for tracking, forecasting, and communicating workload progress, usage growth, and customer health
• 06Serve as technical sponsor for select EE accounts, engaging tech leads and executives
• 07Drive initiatives that enhance consistency, scalability, and innovation across the DSA organization

• 017+ years experience in customer-facing technical roles with focus on Data and AI
• 023+ years leading technical teams
• 03Experience in cloud-based Lakehouse architectures and guiding customers through migrations and modernization
• 04Proven track record in accelerating workloads to production on cloud-native platforms
• 05Deep understanding of complex architectural discussions related to distributed data systems and cloud-native platforms
• 06Hands-on experience in SQL, Object-Oriented Programming Language (Python, SQL, or Scala), code reviews, and architecture design sessions
• 07Expertise in Data and AI domains such as Analytics, Data Warehousing, ETL, Streaming, and/or ML/AI productionization
• 08Experience with hyperscaler platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 09Ability to manage escalations, forecast usage growth, and operationalize customer success programs
• 10Strong communication and executive presence
• 11Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 12Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
