Обязанности

01Design end-to-end functionality for product team
02Work alongside product designers and stakeholders using UX best practices
03Prioritize tasks to maximize impact while supporting design and business objectives
04Contribute to product team's roadmap using customer and product expertise
05Advocate for work prioritization based on understanding of business goals
06Independently scope work and design multi-page or multi-state experiences
07Utilize and help evolve the design system when needed
08Lead or co-lead research initiatives to inform design and identify opportunities
09Clearly document and articulate decision-making for different audiences
10Independently manage feedback and escalate risks appropriately
11Design and facilitate team discussions to solve challenges
12Establish commitments with PM and Engineering partners and deliver successfully

01Demonstrated ability to independently lead comprehensive user-centered designs
02Experience collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams
03Experience in shipping high-quality user interfaces and flows systematically
04Detail-oriented approach with focus on driving strategic design decisions
05Strong facilitation and presentation skills
06Ability to provide constructive feedback to peers
07Builder mindset with track record of driving initiatives forward with resilience and adaptability
088+ years of industry experience in software interface design and/or development
09Related degree or equivalent experience
10Experience at SaaS software company serving B2B customers (desired)
11Bachelor's or Master's in Human Computer Interaction or Design (desired)
