• 03Track record of providing solid program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to ship
• 04Demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership
• 05Not satisfied with just delivering programs on time—discerning about product and infrastructure architecture
• 06Can lead technical discussions
• 07Operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions
• 08Stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones
• 09Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 10Build relationships and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams
