Обязанности
- 01Lead strategic planning and roadmap execution of scalable production-ready ML systems including model training, data pipelines, feature engineering and model inference
- 02Own the architecture, establish engineering best practices of scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of ML infrastructure (e.g., training, serving, feature)
- 03Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers, platform teams, and product stakeholders to design, implement, and operate robust ML platforms that accelerate model development and deployment
- 04Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of ML infrastructure engineers
Требования
- 015+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying large-scale machine learning systems in production environments
- 022+ years of experience managing ML infrastructure engineers
- 03End-to-End Execution: You've built ML systems from data ingestion to serving in production
- 04Team-first Mindset: A collaborative leader who thrives on mentoring and enabling others to succeed
- 05BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Условия
- 01Annual Salary Range $295,250 — $345,040 USD
- 02Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
- 03All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits
