Обязанности
- 01Work alongside the Corporate/New Business sales team as the technical and domain expert
- 02Understand customer challenges and business issues and provide product demonstrations
- 03Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, partners and Okta colleagues
- 04Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for customers with complex use cases
- 05Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements
- 06Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solutions Engineers
- 07Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- 08Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
- 09Be a subject matter expert with various product solutions and/or competitive knowledge
Требования
- 015+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in IAM
- 02Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML
- 03Experience with lifecycle management, role-based access control (RBAC), and provisioning/deprovisioning
- 04Hands-on experience in one or more development areas: web (JavaScript, HTML, frontend frameworks), mobile (iOS, Android), backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby), or IP-based real-time communications
- 05Experience working with REST APIs, API Gateways, and SDKs
- 06Deployed applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel, etc.)
- 07Understanding of core security concerns in applications (password hashing, SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF)
- 08Passion for serving customers, demonstrated in a customer-facing role
- 09Ability to quickly communicate complex technical ideas
- 10Elite communication skills, confident in presenting to highly skilled audiences
- 11Territory management skills, including pipeline building and collaboration with sales counterparts
- 12Diagramming experience for user journey flows, complex architecture diagrams
- 13Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field is preferred
- 14Typically 25% travel

- 01Annual On Target Compensation (OTE) range: $160,000 - $220,000 USD for specified locations
