Обязанности
- 01Lead recruiting across Japan, supporting both technical and non-technical hiring, including Engineering, Product Management, Sales, G&A, and leadership roles
- 02Build and develop a high-performing recruiting team while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- 03Partner closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into scalable hiring strategies and market plans
- 04Serve as a trusted advisor on the Japan talent market, providing insights on the competitive landscape, compensation trends, hiring strategies, and organizational design
- 05Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent
- 06Personally recruit and close senior and business-critical hires when needed
- 07Continuously improve recruiting operations, interview quality, and candidate experience while ensuring hiring decisions remain thoughtful, efficient, and consistent
- 08Partner cross-functionally with People, Compensation, Immigration, and Recruiting Operations to support the continued growth of our Japan business
- 09Use recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring priorities, capacity planning, and long-term workforce strategy
Требования
- 0110+ years of recruiting experience, including experience leading recruiting teams in Japan
- 02Experience hiring across both technical and business functions within high-growth technology companies
- 03Deep understanding of the Japan talent market, including experience building engineering and enterprise sales organizations
- 04Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing recruiters
- 05Experience partnering directly with executives and senior hiring managers on organizational growth and talent strategy
- 06Excellent judgment, prioritization, and problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments
- 07Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- 08Native fluency in Japanese and strong written and verbal English communication, with the ability to influence and build trust across global and local stakeholders
