• 01Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities that influence what gets built and how.
• 02Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that translate solution vision into working systems.
• 03Make calls that close the gap between designed and real: when user feedback signals a design issue, bring the solution, not just the flag.
• 04Build efficiently with AI and reinvest saved time in customer engagement, with customer-facing time actively measured and valued.
• 05QA your own work against actual user behavior, not just whether automations fire correctly.
• 06Create reusable build patterns that extend impact beyond individual engagements.
• 07Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, with advanced work across interfaces, automations, data modeling, and integrations as the baseline expectation.
• 08Depending on the engagement, contribute to solution design, own delivery coordination, or build within a larger team.

Требования

• 013–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role with direct accountability for whether systems work in practice.
• 02Hands-on technical depth: built complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models, understanding tradeoffs at each layer.
• 03Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs, tailoring message to earn trust.
• 04Skill to read behind customer requests, surface real constraints, present trade-offs persuasively, and redirect toward what will work.
• 05Ability to distinguish whether issues are design problems or change management problems and handle both.
• 06Focus on outcomes rather than just delivery; proven ability to master a complex platform quickly and repeat within 90 days.
• 07Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive outcomes and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• 08Comfortable using AI across all phases of delivery (designing, building, testing, documenting) and able to articulate which tasks are offloaded to AI, time saved, and where human judgment is essential.

Условия

• 01On-target earnings range: $149,000 – $193,600 USD for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York work locations.
• 02On-target earnings range: $135,000 – $175,100 USD for all other work locations (including remote).
• 03Total compensation package includes benefits, restricted stock units, and possible incentive compensation.
• 04Remote work eligible (role marked #LI-Remote).
