Обязанности
- 01Drive your own initiatives: take ownership of well-scoped topics within our energy tariff portfolio, from analysis to recommendation to implementation
- 02Contribute to our energy tariff products: work on our dynamic electricity tariff products across core markets, driving product improvements, feature rollouts, and customer experience initiatives
- 03Support regulatory product launches: contribute to the launch of new products driven by regulatory change, helping translate regulatory requirements into concrete product decisions
- 04Analyze & improve Marktkommunikation processes: dive into our market communication workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive initiatives that make our energy retail engine faster and more reliable
- 05Monitor performance & iterate: leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends. Monitor KPIs to help optimize product adoption and overall customer satisfaction
- 06Prepare & present: prepare and present findings and recommendations to relevant Product Managers and stakeholders
Требования
- 01You are enrolled at a university for at least two more semesters and can support us 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
- 02You are studying Business, Economics, Engineering, Energy Management, or a comparable course of studies
- 03You have a keen interest in the energy market, energy tariffs, and the energy transition, with a strong motivation to drive impactful change
- 04You have experience with and enjoy working in Google Sheets/Excel
- 05You are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
- 06You are a problem solver, able to adapt to changing environments and stakeholder needs
- 07Excellent language skills in English and German (both written and spoken)
