Обязанности
- 01Lead end-to-end projects: scoping, planning, rollout, go-live, and stabilization for Endpoint Security, EDR, and related solutions
- 02Coordinate technical design and implementation with internal teams and partners, ensuring integration with customer infrastructure and security stack
- 03Manage stakeholders on the customer side and inside Kaspersky, including Sales, Presales, Support, and Customer Success
- 04Support customer success activities such as onboarding, communication routines, risk management, adoption, and satisfaction improvement
- 05Own project scope, timeline, quality, and delivery outcomes
- 06Plan and execute phased deployments, including pilot and expansion stages
- 07Track risks, dependencies, escalations, and project KPIs
- 08Maintain clear governance and status reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- 09Capture customer feedback and help improve onboarding, service, and delivery processes
- 10Support customer onboarding and adoption activities, helping ensure smooth handover, clear communication routines, and effective use of deployed solutions
Требования
- 01Fluent English, spoken and written
- 02Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management, including CISO/IT leadership interactions
- 03Strong command of project management practices and methodologies, with hands‑on experience leading IT/IS implementation projects from initiation to go‑live
- 047–10 years of experience in IT/Information Security, with strong background in technical project or program management for enterprise-scale deployments
- 05Good understanding of enterprise IT/IS architecture and principles of designing scalable, secure systems and processes, including networking, endpoint management and core infrastructure services
- 06Experience working with distributed cross-functional teams and project tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence
