Обязанности
- 01Define, communicate, and drive the technical vision and strategy for the Enterprise Fulfillment team
- 02Own the engineering roadmap and enable high-quality execution of key business outcomes
- 03Establish and champion best practices for production services
- 04Lead, coach, and grow a team of 10+ engineers building best-in-class picking experiences
- 05Drive recruiting and hiring efforts to attract top engineering talent
Требования
- 0110+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 025+ years in engineering management with a track record of leading teams of 15+ engineers
- 03Experience delivering complex consumer-facing or enterprise-facing products
- 04Demonstrated ability to craft and execute strategic engineering roadmaps
- 05Experience as a hands-on technical leader with background performing individual contributor work
- 06Strong track record of staffing, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
- 07Experience working cross-functionally with product managers and engineering peers
- 08Highly structured and proactive communicator with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

- 02Base pay range: $221,000 - $279,500 USD depending on location
